About the job


Context:

For our Rotselaar European Distribution Center we are looking for a Project Analyst.

This role will support the organization in realizing the ambitious project roadmap and setting up the distribution center to be future proof.

Challenges include digitalization, automatization & efficiency improvement.

The project analyst will report to the warehouse management team and have the opportunity to work in close collaboration with the Danone Belux Market, the Rotselaar production factory and the European Supply Chain Network.


Missions:

The project analyst will be supporting the project & performance engineer and the wider Warehouse Management team through following activities:

  • Support (or lead) implementation of different warehouse projects.

Examples include, but not limited to:

  • Warehouse efficiency improvements through digitialisation
  • Installation on new equipment / machinery
  • Provide data analysis support to the Warehouse manager & performance manager based on solid analytical skills & knowledge of tools. This data analysis can be used for both operational steering as for project analysis.
  • Support the project & performance manager in managing the CAPEX pipeline & preparing new requests.
In this role you will develop a solid basis of project management, be capable to sharpen your analytical skills and manage multiple stakeholders (Suppliers, Internal, Customers)

About you

  • Engineering (Business, Technical,) / MBA with 02 years of experience
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Knowledge of MS office (Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Striving to deliver highest quality output with a high level for detail
  • Fluent in english

Are you eligible for a V.I.E?


V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company.

This is a 6 to 24 months contract.

  • You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation.
  • You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
  • You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V.I.E.
  • You have never done a V.I.E before.

What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E ?

  • There are no taxes and charges on salary, as a V.I.E your social security is covered by April international.
  • You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month.
  • Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid.
  • The cost of your backandforth flight or train tickets is covered.
