To support the strong growth and the challenging future strategy,

they are looking for a driven and ambitious Digital Marketing lead for the BeNeLux.

Your mission:

You are responsible to create
a digital strategy and roadmap for the various channels and audiences
You can draw learnings from previous campaigns & act on them: What would they do if certain campaigns disappoint on results, how would that person proceed?
You have a
growth/testing mindset that enables you to test campaigns & act on results
You have a strong vision for digital, and you can inspire &
motivate your team (up to 3 people) and internal stakeholders.
You bring structure & order in the organisation (planning templates, structuring meetings well, determining & following up next steps,...)

Your profile:

You have a first digital experience in a B2C (Retail or other) environment.
Next to your digital background, you have affinity or experience in Communication / Marketing.
Ideally you have an additional experience in marketing automation, strategic website building, digital performance marketing and app building.
People management drives you and gives you energy on a daytoday basis
You are willing to be in the office 3 days / week (location: Antwerp)
You are fluently NL/Eng.
