    Sales Intelligence Analyst Off Trade BELUX

    As Sales Intelligence Analyst you are responsible for the development of tools, reports and extensive analysis to support the off-trade leadership team to measure their performance, validate their business strategy or adjust where needed to reach company targets. You are an important sparring partner of the Off Trade management team and therefore highly contributing to the business cycle and monthly performance meetings with sales managers. This function reports to Sales Intelligence Manager Off Trade BNFL and implies daily collaboration with National field sales manager (M3).

    The role:

    • Define actionable recommendations for field sales team based on data analytics and business intelligence (BI) visualization
    • Build an accurate and measurable target setting model to steer the field sales team direction
    • Implement at country level the BU strategy defined with the Sales intelligence manager during business cycle
    • Implement transformation and digitalization initiatives to capture, report, analyse and audit data
    • Determine the best sales structure, contact model and field roles & responsibilities

    Examples of daily tasks you would perform in the job:

    • Tracking and monitoring of KPIs evolution at M1, M2 and national level vs. budget: distribution, shelf-share, displays, POCE results and other KPIs (vs targets)
    • Target setting for M1s on monthly/quarterly basis: definition, calculation, reporting and close-the-gap plan.
    • Managing dotted line GCC (global capabilities center, India) analyst in charge of reports and targets, ensuring accuracy of deliverables (e.g. WPR)
    • Creation and management (frequency / accuracy) of sales reports & dashboards to verify if sales teams are acting in line with business objectives and provide recommendations to help sales managers make data-driven decisions via action plans & hitlists.
    • Set up and improvement of sales related processes: POC visits, audits,
    • Project management of initiatives linked to digitalization and transformation to improve our way of working: sellfi online, Sales BI, shelf-recognition, etc together with Sales Intelligence Manager
    • Market analysis & identification of commercial opportunities: translation of these opportunities into target setting for field teams.
    • Participate in strategic discussions with national field sales manager (M3) and (your) sales intelligence manager about e.g. sales structure, contact model (what retailers to visit, what not)
    • Collaborate with other departments (TM, KAMs, CatMans, Finance, RM, etc.) on diverse projects.
    • Best practice sharing with BU Sales Intelligence team with a focus on simplifying, harmonizing and standardizing reports.
    • Ad-hoc support to Luxemburg

    Who we're looking for:

    • Strong analytical, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
    • Result driven, solution oriented and can-do spirit
    • Continuous drive for improvements, standardization & automation
    • Off Trade (sales) experience is a pro
    • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Qlik sense, Nielsen, Power BI, Sellfi, Salesforce experience is a plus
    • Knowledge of Dutch and/or French plus English language is essential
