As we continue to expand our operations,
we are looking for a Scrum Master to reinforce our teams in Brussels, Belgium.

Your role will encompass overseeing communication and cooperation between leadership and team members, ensuring successful project outcomes.

This pivotal position in information systems management demands a strong grasp of software development processes and methodologies, adept coordination of project stakeholders, and a keen ability to comprehend and guide teams.

Main responsibilities include:

Chairing various project meetings like daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Guiding teams in Scrum principles and effective practices.
Assisting team members with their tasks.
Facilitating open dialogues and resolving potential conflicts.
Proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Offering aid and backing to the Product Owner concerning the Product Backlog.
Tracking team capacity and velocity for planning and progress tracking.
Updating activities in a project management tracking tool and producing reports on the successful integration of Scrum methodology into projects.
