About Our Client:

Provide exemplary customer support, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement, to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project efficiency and quality.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records to track project milestones and outcomes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives to improve overall service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support processes and project management techniques.

The Successful Applicant:

Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in all three languages.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or compensates with a strong professional background in customer support or project management.
Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Adaptable and proactive, with a problemsolving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Has a customercentric approach and a passion for delivering highquality service and solutions to clients.
Familiarity with project management tools and software is an advantage.
Exhibits a willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
