International Mobility Specialist

Your Mission

Welcome to a unique opportunity where you get to shape and enhance the international journey for our Puratos family As a Mobility Specialist, your main focus will be on managing, coordinating, and providing support for the implementation of our Group mobility (expatriation) policies and programs across various businesses and geographies within Puratos Group.

What you will do

Craft and present personalized international assignment packages, aligning with expat packages postsalary reviews and bonuses. Serve as the main point of contact for Puratos assignees and business stakeholders, fostering strong connections.
Act as a liaison between Puratos and global service providers, ensuring smooth collaboration with tax consultants, payroll, pension, medical, and relocation services. Maintain clear communication with assignees on package and policy matters in collaboration with Puratos country HR leaders.
Take charge of immigration and work permit matters, overseeing seamless relocations and social security transitions. Collaborate with Puratos HR lawyer on assignment letters and related contracts.
Manage full mobility administration, including meticulous followup and expense management with vendors. Lead the international mobility program under the supervision of the Group Compensation & Benefits Manager, handling reporting, statistics, and business presentations.
Support the Group C&B team in annual Global Comp & Ben processes and projects, coordinating the Base Salary Review (BSR) process and bonus scheme at the Group level. Coordinate participation in market data surveys across Puratos entity countries, analyzing surveys and benchmarks against existing policies. Shape a positive international experience for the Puratos family

What we expect from you

Seeking the ideal team member If you possess a Master's degree in law, economics, or a related business field, along with around 3 years of handson experience in global mobility and/or personal income taxes, we want to hear from you. Showcase your expertise in international immigration, social security, and taxation in our dynamic international environment.
As a serviceoriented communicator with excellent planning and coordination skills, you'll be the goto person for our team and stakeholders. Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in French and Dutch is a fantastic bonus.
Your strong numerical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and logical mindset, combined with analytical and conceptual abilities, make you adept at approaching challenges strategically. Your presentation and intercultural management skills are valuable assets in our diverse team.
