Keyrus Life Science in is looking for a
Clinical Trial Assistant who will ensure the administrative support for clinical trials management.

You will
support regulatory submissions, set up and maintain the
trial master file, help Project Management on Study plan preparation.
You will be involved in the
preparation of study documents, investigators Site File.
You will
prepare and followup of investigators and hospital contracts and attached documents. Investigators fees and hospitals invoices management as well as logistics management of studies e.g. documents and material shipment will also be part of your responsibilities.
You will
prepare monitoring visits with the CRAs, create and update tracking tools and follow up of missing information.
You will
participate in the organization of meetings with the Sponsor, project meetings (organization, participation and minutes).

Profile

Life science education preferred;
Minimum
3 years of experience in the life science industry;
Good organizational skills;
Good oral and written communication;
Fluency in
French and English (written and spoken);
Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
