As part of the development of our IT activities, we are looking for our future Cybersecurity Business Development Director for our SEC-IT entity.

SEC-IT is part of the MCA Group and specializes in cybersecurity, providing auditing, consulting, operational security and training services in a wide variety of sectors (Mobility, Aeronautics, Energy, Telecom, Banking, Retail...).

Missions
In collaboration with the cybersecurity director, you will build and develop the business dynamic with the sales teams, in order to accelerate our presence with current and future customers, with services provided both on a technical assistance and fixed-price basis.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Draw up the development strategy in conjunction with General Management, drawing on all internal resources;
Define and implement sales strategies for cyber services;
Propose the creation of new offers or targets and build, in collaboration with the cybersecurity director, the resulting new business models;
Define the company's positioning vis-à-vis external stakeholders;
Support the development of business team roadmaps, oversee their implementation, and ensure that objectives are met;
Support teams in their cybersecurity sales missions (CISO meetings, management meetings, purchasing meetings, high-stakes negotiations, etc.);
Develop the partner network;
Participate in and represent SEC-IT at cybersecurity ecosystem events;
Ensure continuous market monitoring (trends, customers, regulations, competition, etc.);

In the medium term, you will also be responsible for the various European and international subsidiaries.

Your Profile
Graduated with a Bac +5 (Business or Engineering School), you have a successful experience in a similar position, in management and business development in the new technologies sector with a strong IT varnish. Knowledge of cybersecurity will be particularly appreciated.

Passionate and enthusiastic, you have a real ability to work as part of a team and to lead sales teams to success. You enjoy challenges and want to evolve in a rich and constantly changing environment.
