As a Customer Service Project Manager you are part of our Support team, that ensures customer satisfaction by onboarding and training customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance to the users of our cutting-edge AdTech platform.

Your primary responsibilities include ensuring effective system implementation and seamless integration. You combine a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, with solid technical and project management skills. You collaborate closely with stakeholders across our Support, Technology and Product teams.


Responsibilities and deliverables

  • Solution Implementation: lead the implementation of our AdTech platform, ensuring it aligns with the customers' business goals and technical requirements. Conduct functional and technical assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend ideal setup.
  • Planning and Execution: develop and execute detailed implementation plans, ensuring smooth implementation of our platform. Collaborate with Support and Technology teams, customers, and thirdparties to establish implementation timelines and milestones.
  • Project Management: lead and coordinate endtoend implementation and integration projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly to ensure successful project completion.
  • Customer Communication: act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing clear and concise communication regarding integration progress, challenges and resolutions.
  • Integration Validation: deliver solutions that work, by conducting thorough testing of integrations to guarantee functionality, performance, and adherence to specifications.
  • Documentation: develop and maintain documentation for implementation processes and troubleshooting procedures. Collaborate with the Training team to update training materials aligned with unique customer specifications.
  • Data Privacy and Compliance: stay updated on industry regulations related to data privacy and advertising compliance, ensuring that all implementations adhere to legal requirements.
  • Solid experience with solution implementation in the digital advertising ecosystem is required
  • Solid project management, analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; Dutch skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience with following technologies would be a plus, but is not required: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML/JSON, Browser console, SQL, Bash, Command line, Python, GIT.
  • Willingness to travel, mainly in Europe.
  • Capable and motivated to maintain clear documentation.
