Are you interested in the stock market and would like to learn all about stocks, trackers, funds, turbos and options? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

We are currently looking for an Investment Expert Customer Service for our client, an investment bank located in Antwerp.

Description

  • The first few weeks you will receive an intensive training program and learn all about the products and services
  • You answer questions regarding customers' orders, portfolios, the trading system and (inter)national exchanges
  • You strive for 100% customer satisfaction
  • In time you will grow to Investment Coach or Investment Expert

Profile

  • You have at least a bachelor degree
  • You speak excellent Dutch and a very good knowledge of French
  • You would like to know everything about the working of the stock exchange, orders, investment products, corporate actions, transactions and investment tools
  • You are independent, eager to learn and resistant to stress
  • Work experience is not required
