:Business Analyst

Requirements:

This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career.

These responsibilities include some of the following:

Strongly collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate business processes, anticipate & identify requirements and gaps/areas for improvement
Support to prioritize & formalize user requirements based on business needs
Ensure the proper transmission and translation of the requirements to the rest of the team
Analyse data and translate it into smart and efficient opportunities
Provide and/or consolidate the factual and/or statistical information of analyses to support operational and strategic decision making
Coordinate to define & propose common way forward, and drive for alignment when there are discrepancies/divergences

Experience, Knowledge & Soft Skill Requirements

Required Experience & Knowledge

Relevant working experience as analyst and project management, knowhow of process design and information flows.
Ideally, having gained 13 years within pharmaceutical or supply chain Industry.
Strong analytical skills with a problemsolving approach.
Change management: basic knowledge of project and change management methodology is a strong plus

Soft skills

Strong communication skills & stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills
Problem solving approach
Attention to detail
Design thinking / out of the box thinking to explore directions for solutions.

Language Proficiency Requirements

English
Fluent
