WHAT YOU'LL DO:


Role profile

The Career Development (CD) team sits within the HR function at BCG and manages all aspects of performance and potential for BCG's LAB Consultants.

There are 10 people In the LAB Career Development team who support ~900 consulting employees across London, Amsterdam, and Brussels.

The team run periodic meetings called Career Development Committees (CDC) where we assess the performance of our consultants and guide them through building core skills and their future journey within BCG (e.g., international transfers, secondments etc).


We are recruiting for a Career Development Senior Coordinator to join our fast paced and high-pressure environment to focus on the Principle and Partner cohorts through to MDP elections.

Meetings take place throughout the year, which means this is a busy, complex role, and requires a Senior Coordinator who is always on top of the detail.


What you'll do

  • End to end CD review process for L-AB Principals and Partners (PR/PT) including; pack preparation, agenda setting, meeting set up, attendance and 'running' the meeting
  • Quarterly meeting coordination throughout the year
  • Work closely with the CD Coordinators to collate all review inputs from evaluators, PAs and Client Teams
  • Support the LAB Career Development Director and the CD Chair for the Principle and Partner Committee to shape the review meetings
  • Responsible for managing Partner promotion pipeline across LAB
  • Providing support to Career Advisors for decision round sessions and promotion submission packs (ensuring high quality review dossiers)
  • Support the LAB CD Manager in various initiatives (e.g., Grade inflation, Pyramid Health, Talent Management)
  • Work with L&D to advise on specific training for individuals following their CD review; sourcing coaches/trainers as required for specific PR/PT needs
  • Coordinate end to end submissions for MDP election process
  • Year end bonus input coordination
  • Actively participate in projects to improve the CD offering across LAB

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):


  • Some experience within HR, Talent Management or a similar People function
  • Confident in the use of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with Workday or other HRIS platform
  • University graduate or equivalent preferred
