We're looking for an experienced
Key Account Manager to join our team at Alludo.

You will be a key driver of revenue growth for the MindManager brand, where you will play a critical role in empowering our customers to transform the way they think, work, and collaborate through the power of visual thinking.

As a Key Account Manager, you will**:

  • Customer advice and support in and out of office
  • Close cooperation with our partners in identifying, qualifying and winning sales projects
  • Market observation and analysis of the competitor and channel landscape
  • Present the responsible Corel product portfolio on the phone, in webinars or on site at partners or in cooperation with their customers
  • Increase MindManager's market presence with our partners
  • Develop the market by actively and creatively collaborating with other departments (Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Services) and thereby controlling the gotomarket for the target markets
  • Development, support and intensification of the customer relationship of the responsible customer portfolio.
  • Regular coordination with internal sales units and internal company interfaces
  • Participation in various MindManager events
  • Submission of a weekly forecast for the regional area of responsibility
  • Creation, review and control of business and sales plans (monthly, quarterly and annually
