    What you will do
As Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for developing technical skills among Renault Trucks Belux employees and dealers. You will organize, plan, and execute remote and classroom sessions integrating content from the Renault Trucks e-learning platform. You will report to the HR & Competence Manager.

In this role, you are expected to:

  • Evaluate technical training needs in consultation with the dealers, Competence Development Coordinator and product owners.
  • Design quality technical training courses and training paths to meet the needs of your participants.
  • Test the online courses from our LMS (Navigator) and integrate them into the training paths.
  • Train own staff, dealers and possibly customers using different methodologies (remote video, remote training, classroom, LMS).
  • Actively participate in TTTs (Train The Trainer) from our headquarter in Lyon and provide the didactic material to support the trainings.
  • Provide updates and improve the quality of training and report training results.
  • Research and test new training tools, methods and technologies.

Who are you?

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical expertise
  • Relevant experience from your field of work
  • Able to absorb new technical knowledge fluently and turn it into comprehensible training
  • Good teacher and coach who provides the necessary support as well as honest feedback to encourage open communication
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proactivity and initiative
  • Curiosity and daring to do
  • Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills in Dutch, French and English
