Overview:

AMA European Consulting is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for exploring, processing, and interpreting complex data to support strategic decision-making. Your daily tasks will involve collecting and analyzing data, creating clear visualizations, and sharing insights with key stakeholders. This position offers flexibility with remote work options, but candidates must be located in the Brussels metropolitan area.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Create clear and visually appealing data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights that support business strategies.
• Interpret complex data and present findings in an accessible manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work with various data processing and visualization tools to ensure efficient data management.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across multiple sources.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize large volumes of complex data.
• Solid foundation in statistical methods and data modeling to structure data and extract actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly present complex information and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databases.
• Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in working in an Agile environment.
• Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data integration tools.
• Preferred: Experience in the relevant industry sector.
