Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in relevant domain conducting user requirement analysis end-to-end system design system enhancements and troubleshooting Collaborate closely with stakeholders and service providers for solution planning service delivery and technical support Lead and guide junior IT staff analysts associates on project delivery and system support Manage the implementation ongoing maintenance of IT systems which are crucial to CLPs business operations particularly those related to the Power System/Metering Participate in various system implementation lifecycle activities including development deployment testing training system cutover rollout documentation maintenance and support
