Dentons Global Advisors, a multidisciplinary advisory firm and leading European public affairs consultancy, is looking to recruit a dynamic and motivated Association Manager to serve the needs of our growing client base active in the area of international association management.

Core responsibilities:

Lead, coordinate, and monitor the effective management of several associations, including financial planning, controlling and compliance.
Oversee and support effective governance meetings and offer handson advice on association activities and campaigns.
Develop and maintain good positive working relationships with your association clients and ensure that work is delivered in line with the agreed scope, timelines and budget.
Foster an environment of teamwork and guide your association teams and ensure that work is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Identify and pursue opportunities to provide support and advice to existing and new association.
Contribute to the organizational planning and practice strategy as a key member of the team.

Applicants for the position should fulfil the following requirements:

At least 6 years experience in association management or in a related sector
preferably in English
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple clients or projects including financial management
Solid understanding of Belgian association code, governance models and regulatory requirements
A clientorientated innovation mindset consulting experience is an asset
A handson team leader, coach and team player who willing to take responsibility, show initiative and lead by example
Excellent business English
Digital fluency when it comes to MS Office, WordPress, and MailChimp
