Job Description:


About the role


As office/hospitality manager you will play a pivotable role in improving the daily office routine and in elevating the visitors experience.

Your role will contribute significantly to creating a pleasant and happy work environment for your colleagues day in, day out.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • You suggest and implement initiatives in the office that will drive and increase its hospitality factor and contribute to a positive working atmosphere, both for our visitors as for our employees
  • You organise regular lunches, breakfasts, thematic office events (Christmas, easter, )
  • You manage all office suppliers (equipment, catering, furnitures) and make sure the services they provide are aligned with modern standards and best practices (ESG, wellbeing etc.)
  • You develop or improve office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented and communicated appropriately
  • You ensure that the daily organisation of the office is operating smoothly by:
  • Managing office supplies/catering inventory and placing orders as necessary (office equipment and furniture, fruit baskets, coffee, catering etc.)
  • Coordinating and followingup on maintenance/repairs in case of equipment malfunctions.
  • Assisting colleagues/visitors daily by addressing requests from different types
  • Managing meeting rooms
  • Welcoming visitors, answering incoming phone calls, managing mail and delivering worldclass service to our visitors.
  • Providing other administrative adhoc support when needed
