We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager (5-6 years of experience) with a proven track record in managing complex projects.

You are organized, proactive, and anticipate needs. With excellent interpersonal skills, you effectively coordinate teams and partners (clinical alliances).

Your in-depth knowledge of cell therapy, gene therapy, oncology, and antibodies allows you to manage development projects, including IMPDs and clinical trials abroad.

A top-notch listener and communicator, you are the key to driving your projects to success.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Manage complex projects in the field of cell therapy, gene therapy, oncology, and antibodies
  • Coordinate the work of crossfunctional teams and partners
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines
  • Identify and mitigate risks
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documentation

Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering)
  • 56 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnological industry
  • Strong experience in managing complex projects
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive and anticipatory approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in English, French is a plus
