- Management of the Investment team's schedules
- Detailed organisation of international business travel, including flight, hotel, and transportation bookings
- Coordination of meetings and events, including document preparation and note-taking
- Management of phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- General administrative support, including expense management and handling confidential documents
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience
- Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in French or Dutch
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Management Assistant preferably in the financial sector
- Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team, with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
