    Our client, an internationally renowned Private Equity firm, is actively seeking an experienced Management Assistant to join their dynamic team and support their operations by providing high-level assistance. The role is based in Brussels Job description As a Management Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities:
    • Management of the Investment team's schedules
    • Detailed organisation of international business travel, including flight, hotel, and transportation bookings
    • Coordination of meetings and events, including document preparation and note-taking
    • Management of phone calls, emails, and correspondence
    • General administrative support, including expense management and handling confidential documents
    Profile As a Management Assistant, you have the following profile:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience
    • Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in French or Dutch
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Management Assistant preferably in the financial sector
    • Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a team, with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
