Ethicon EMEA Supply Chain is recruiting for a Supply Chain Project Analyst, located in Diegem.

As a business SME they will represent the One Ethicon planning teams in the supply chain value stream of the Magellan project.

The Magellan project is a multi-year project that drives the implementation of SAP S/4HANA within the EMEA region.

Over the next few years per project timeline J&J markets will migrate from their current ERP system (mainly JDE 8.12 Oracle) to SAP S/4HANA.

The first focus of the project team is on the Switzerland & UK market go-lives during 2023.

As a member of the Ethicon EMEA PLAN team the Supply Chain Project Analyst will play a crucial role in designing the future of Digital Supply Chain in Medical Devices, and will help to outline the mid
- and long-term Ethicon EMEA Supply Chain strategy.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • For upcoming releases (Switzerland & UK) support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Simulation Testing (BST) within both S/4HANA ERP & the OMP planning tool. Prepare clear documentation, escalate issues & followup with IT on problem solving
  • Colead in testing activities, which involves collaboration with Deloitte consultants and other project value streams to prepare & monitor testing progress
  • Support the Hypercare period after golive of each release
  • Drive adoption of new supply chain processes within the Ethicon EMEA planning teams & the broader user community
  • Familiarize with the master data solution design for SAP S4 HANA & help on the data migration
  • For future releases map existing supply chain capabilities and processes, identify automation opportunities and anticipate future supply chain capability requirements through alignment with key business partners. Implement designed supply chain processes through collaboration with and coordination of regional and local project teams
  • Translate the Ethicon business strategy in the design of the EMEA endtoend supply chain processes in SAP S4 HANA

Qualifications:


Education and/or Experience:


  • Degree preferably in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or Engineering
  • Supply Chain focused courses/certifications certainly a plus.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a supply chain / planning function
  • Project Management experience is an asset
  • Proficiency in ERP systems. Experience in SAP or JDE Oracle is an asset
  • Proficiency in advanced planning systems. Experience in OMP is an asset

  • Strong analytical, systems, and numerical skills with capability to master complexity
  • Good knowledge of supply chain planning business processes
  • Team player who builds strong relationships with business partners and contributes to a pleasant & healthy work atmosphere

  • Fast learner, embrace change and complexity
  • Ability to work within a project methodological context
  • Demonstrated bias for continuous improvement, problem solving and decision making ability
  • Excellent social, influencing, and communication skills, with the proven track record to adapt messaging to the audience through different means of communication
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge. Experience with Microsoft Access, Alteryx and/or PowerBI is a plus.
