Key Responsibilities for This Role Include:

Conduct investigations and report significant issues to management and Quality Review Teams
Maintain compliance with regulations and quality standards
Implement and manage quality management systems and training programs
Manage authorized activities and accurate records
Resolve customer complaints
Approve suppliers and customers
Perform self-inspections and implement corrective measures
Decide on product disposition
Improve operational quality based on metrics and feedback

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

Bachelor's degree in a Scientific field with previous experience in quality environment
Proficient in both written and spoken FR or NL and EN
Experience in Quality administration systems.
Proficient with MS Office
Analytical skills and knowledge of drug regulations and guidance of FAMHP and other leading agencies
Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Dynamic, flexible, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
Team player with planning and organization skills
Takes initiative to deliver on time without compromising quality
Makes timely risk-based decisions
High self-integrity and ethical conduct
Excellent quality decision-making skills
