As a Global Marketing Communications Manager for the Meeting Experience business unit, you are end responsible for driving strategic brand marketing communication activities, including the direct responsibility of execution through close partnership with agencies and the internal teams and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
You translate segment strategy in a marketing communication strategy with clear and measurable objectives.

Designing, planning and executing effective marketing communication campaigns in line with the strategy & determining and implementing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.

You do this by either coaching your team members or defining yourself (in function of business size)

Key activities

Developing and executing a resultsdriven, multichannel communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and segment brand direction
Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required
Promote a clear segment identity and segment value proposition.
Build thought leadership together with segment marketers on business relevant topics
Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction
Organizing all launch activities and value messaging of the segments product(s) and identifying, developping and delivering sales tools that support interactions throughout the sales journey.
Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets
Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand
Building a high performing marketing team and ensuring effective coordination with other teams

Your profile

A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of content development and search engine marketing
Familiar with working in a matrix organization
Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
Pragmatic, energetic, selfstarting team leader and highly motivated achiever
You have a high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
Eagerness to learn and understand market. Outsidein thinking is critical.
Natural leader and team player, have excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
