About the role


As part of the Customer Experience (CX) team you will ensure that we offer a seamless omnichannel customer experience to healthcare professionals and patients, based on their information needs.

Your focus will be on translating data into insights and a deep understanding of the evolving omnichannel needs of physicians and patients with a single purpose of maximizing customer experience and the impact of our medicines and vaccines on patients and society.

This is a unique opportunity to spearhead and co-shape the CMO-driven "new normal" marketing practices within Pfizer.


You will be in the lead of designing and leveraging omnichannel analytics solutions for the category teams to measure and optimize their campaigns.

In your role, you will get your hands on some of the latest tools and research techniques, such as predictive modelling and artificial intelligence around tactic-level and omnichannel experiences and have a chance to nurture collaborative relationships with global and cluster omnichannel colleagues.


Moreover, within the Belux organization, you will also act as a capability builder to support the transition towards omnichannel data-driven thinking across the organization.

Main responsibilities
- leading with the insights & measurement vision: providing trainings on measurement and tagging to the marketing organization colleagues and sharing best practices and instilling a data savvy culture.
- providing hands-on support: guiding category and omnichannel marketeers in setting up KPIs for their campaigns, developing testing protocols for A/B testing and setting up dashboards and implementing new measurement tools.

  • Lead the development and implementation of best practice omnichannel measurement framework and KPIs within the Belux marketing organization
  • Set up and design tailor deep dive analyses to address specific business questions raised within XFT bubbles.
  • Drive implementation and integration of new omnichannel analytics tools and practices and liaise with global and regional stakeholders to calibrate these for the Belux market, and/ or collect inspiration on best practices.
  • Research, identify and develop a business case for new approaches and novel data science techniques into the Belux market, partners with Local and Global BAI for implementation.
About you

  • Ideally Bachelor or Master degree in Management with a specialization in Marketing/Digital marketing and/or a degree in Pharmaceutical or Biomedical sciences or any other related field is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in digital datadriven marketing required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and intercultural mindset to connect with diverse types of stakeholders
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team and readiness to shift gears quickly in a fast paced and changeable pharma environment
  • Result oriented: balancing ambitious vision with a "get things done today" approach and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a deadline driven environment
  • Experience with tools for campaign and channel performance measurement, e.g. Adobe Analytics, Social media management tool, tagging tools is an asset, but not a hard requirement.
