About the Role

  • We are currently looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to partner closely with the Western Europe Commercial Team members and the respective business leaders to support and ensure the implementation of our people strategy and agenda. We are looking for a colleague with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, confident, thoughtful, strategic, consultative who will be instrumental to the organization's success. The incumbent acts as the bridge between the business and HR operations acting as a key interface across HR topics including recruitment, talent and performance management, learning and development, compensation, D&I and employee relations. The incumbent will combine the roles of a handson generalist, a strategic partner, change agent, diversity advocate and a trusted advisor to the business. The role will support our Western Europe region including Belgium, The Netherlands, Nordics, Iberica, Italy, France, DACH.

Key Responsibilities include:


  • Support the implementation of the global HR mission and agenda
  • Lead in close collaboration with HR COE's the HR cycle for the respective function: Performance Management, Career Development, Recruitment, Budgeting, Total Compensation and Rewards, Talent Review and Succession planning; from the HR side towards the business (in partnership with CoEs & HR Operations)
  • Organizational Design and Strategic Workforce Planning (Thinking together with HR COE's and ELT members on how, where and when to grow, right size or outsource)
  • Support ELT and Senior Leadership to assess, plan, implement transformation initiatives while engaging with key stakeholders
  • Change Management enablement: focused on leadership, culture and transformation
  • Partner and coach senior leadership ensuring that they are delivering on their purpose and inspiring their teams
  • Lead Learning & Development Initiatives in partnership with CoEs
  • Measure organizational health and lead appropriate employee engagement and reward and recognition strategies
  • Leverages internal and external best practices
  • Act as a role model for active cooperation amongst the HR community
    About You
  • Minimum of 810 years of progressive HR experience
  • Master in Economics, Administration, Business Management or HR Management
  • At least 2 years serving Regional and / or Global client groups
  • Excellent knowledge of all aspects of HR management
  • Comfortable with navigating ambiguity through organizational transformation
  • Experience of change management
  • Proven ability to work in an international, multicultural environment
  • Critical thinker and sound problemsolving skills
  • Exemplary stakeholder management experience
  • Change mindset and advocacy
  • Experience dealing with Executive & Senior stakeholders
  • Ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highest level of integrity and ethics
