Tender Manager BNL

The Tender Manager BNL coordinates and implements the tender strategy on national & local level for all Bayer Pharma products and coordinates all relevant activities with hospitals or other distributors.

He/she takes responsibility for executing optimal commercial policy.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor, develop and implement an overall tender management strategy for all strategic products.
Organize multifunctional tender workstreams to prepare and implement activities for upcoming tenders.
Take the lead in updating and implementing the commercial policy BNL.
Keep close contact to all stakeholders in the distribution chain, focus on hospitals, wholesalers and other distributors.
Develop and implement commercial projects with pharmacy groups.
Develop and implement distribution models for Bayer pharma portfolio.
Develop, coordinate and monitor all activities regarding tenders and / or joint commercial purchase initiatives of external stakeholders.
Take the lead if Bayer products are involved in any tender initiatives in close cooperation with Hospital and Tender Management Lead.
Discuss strategic alliances with key stakeholders.
Explore and assess the account situation with regards to the total pharma portfolio.
Build insights on competition and customer needs.

WHO YOU ARE

University degree in life sciences or business management, medical or paramedical background is a plus.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Expertise in working with crossfunctional teams with team and individual coaching skills.
Supervising processes and project management.
Analytical skills expertise.
Strong entrepreneurial and commercial thinking, relating and networking.
Negotiation skills.
Fluent in Dutch, French and English, as well as intercultural skills
