Senior Cost Estimator | Energy Infrastructure | BruxellesRejoignez un groupe international d'infrastructures énergétiques, basé en Belgique, qui met l'énergie en mouvement en Europe et au-delà et joue un rôle clé dans la transition vers un système énergétique neutre en carbone. Vous devenez le référent estimation des coûts CAPEX pour des projets terminaux innovants liés à l'hydrogène, au biométhane, au CO₂ et au gaz naturel.

Vos missions et responsabilités :
Mettre en place un cadre solide d'estimation des coûts pour les terminaux, en tenant compte des incertitudes liées aux nouvelles technologies.
Élaborer des estimations de coûts CAPEX en phase d'étude préliminaire et challenger les estimations des bureaux d'ingénierie en phases faisabilité et FEED.
Analyser, comparer et contrôler les offres EPC, les ordres de modification et les réclamations pour garantir la pertinence des structures de coûts.
Développer et gérer une base de données coûts, des méthodologies et des outils en lien avec les équipes Digital/Accelerator pour fiabiliser les décisions d'investissement.
Collaborer étroitement avec les Project Managers, Business Development et Finance afin d'intégrer l'estimation des coûts dans les décisions stratégiques et financières de l'entreprise.
Le profil idéal :
Master en Sciences de l'ingénieur ou formation équivalente, avec au moins 10 ans d'expérience en estimation des coûts, gestion de projets ou gestion de contrats EPC.
Expérience significative en cost estimating pour des terminaux, projets énergétiques ou infrastructures, idéalement avec certification Certified Cost Engineer ou formation approfondie en estimation des coûts.
Excellente capacité d'analyse critique des structures de coûts, des méthodologies d'estimation et des outils logiciels, avec la capacité de recommander les solutions adaptées.
Très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (indispensable), la connaissance du néerlandais et du français constituant un atout, ainsi que la disponibilité pour des déplacements occasionnels à l'étranger.
