Who You'll Work With:

You will be based in our Brussels office as part of McKinsey Digital. You will work in small teams of McKinsey colleagues (e.g., management consultants, functional experts, agile coaches, solution architects), system integrators and clients.

What You'll Do:

You will lead the daytoday execution and management of large scale strategic S/4HANA implementations while guiding and developing individual team members.
In this role, you will create value and accelerate and derisk delivery from S/4 HANAbased business transformations. You will leverage your functional and technical knowledge to guide the SWAT team to resolve the most complex issues during implementation. You will work directly with clients, usually onsite, which enables you to have ownership of the overall project's net value, in coordination with SI partner, SW editor and client.
You will also have the opportunity to expand your horizon by managing potentially other types of core system replacement and be at the center of a largescale industrialization effort on approach and assets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree; graduate degree or MBA is a plus
6+ years of experience leading and managing large ERP projects with at least 20+ project team
Consulting experience preferred
Experience in 1+ full lifecycle of S/4 HANA implementation
Strong knowledge of ERP business processes
Certification in program management including Agile methodology and Activate
Ability to work well with ambiguity and in a highly entrepreneurial environment, consistently delivering exceptional results
Ability to establish yourself as a trusted and indispensable adviser
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in an international team environment
Excellent communication skills; ability to explain and present complex information and influence business leaders at all levels of the organization both in English as well as Dutch and/or French
Flexibility to travel ~60% of the time
