Key Responsibilities:


  • Production Planning: Develop and manage an integrated system encompassing ERP, MRP, and shop floor planning to optimize production.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team responsible for production and production preparation, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
  • Process Streamlining: Identify and implement strategies to streamline production processes and supporting systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize strong organizational and problemsolving skills to address challenges and improve operations.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring clarity and coordination in production planning.

Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in Electro Mechanics, Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in production planning and process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP, MRP, and shop floor planning systems.
  • Excellent organizational, problemsolving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and lead process improvement initiatives.
