YOUR MISSION
You will ensure that you can combine

  • The handling of the orders and follow up for the Clients
  • The Creation of the cards and follow up for our Beneficiaries/Employers
  • The onboardings of new and follow up of the existing Merchants
  • The follow up of complex customer cases and handle the quality of the customer journey with care

WHY THIS ROLE


The CUSTOMER Care Expert receives and processes orders from our customers, handles card creations for our benefs and does the onboardings of our merchants.

To be more specific the CC Expert stands in for our important clients and others, to ensure they see Monizze as an enterprise where nothing is impossible.


THE EXPECTED OUTCOMES
You will work with

  • Customer Succes team Employer and Merchant
  • Internal and External Sales Employer and Merchant
  • Several big customers
  • The IT department
  • EXTERNAL : Idemia, Ikanbi, BPost, Hexeko, terminal providers like Worldline, CCV etc.

OUTCOME

  • All orders are handled within the day
  • All merchant onboardings are handled within the 10 working days
  • All cards are created on a daily base (Now on 2 weekly bases, but this will evolve)
  • All complaints/complex cases regarding the abovementioned tasks are handled within the 48H
  • The aim is to reach to several quality improvements outcomes in your domain

  • Proactivity to contact the customer when an anomaly is detected
  • Excellent communication
  • Bilingual NL / FR: able to speak and write fluently in the two languages.
  • NEED for experience on product level or at least a bachelor's degree.
