Change Manager (Medior) - Power Generation - Antwerp, Belgium

Do you want to work with a world leader in material technology? This opportunity is currently available to a Change Manager to support our clients growing portfolio of projects globally across material science, chemistry and metallurgy.

Responsibilities:

Manage and activate stakeholders (mainly in USA, CANADA & ASIA) - 20%
Follow-up and execute all activities planned, e.g. organise informative webinars, send out communications, etc
Training coordination (input gather, planning, organisation, follow-up of all sessions, follow-up with trainers, )
Train-the-Trainer support (guide super users & Local SPOCS in preparing and delivering the r training to end users)

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in change & project management domain
Master's degree (economics, sciences,) or equivalent by experience
Proven experience with train-the-trainer and as trainer coordinator
ADKAR experience / certification
