As a Practice Lead Data Engineering at Ordina, you will be part of our management team and support in developing our future direction.

Thanks to your clear vision on Data Engineering you translate this into strategic steps for your practice. Integrating AI into these processes and delivering more value to the customer is key.

You also actively advise our diverse range of clients, helping to open up new opportunities and adopt the right approach.

You delight in mentoring, training and coaching your team to take their talents forward.

**Your responsibilities

You lead and develop your team of 15+ junior consultants, specialized in the various aspects of

Data Engineering:
Data Foundation, Data Analysis, Data Architecture, integration of Artificial Intelligence methods and results,

You take your practice forward in diverse areas: projectbased, strategic, FTE growth and employee engagement. You don't do this alone, of course. You will be assisted by your motivated team, your management colleagues, and other experts.
You contribute to our Data Strategy to make our clients intelligent and datadriven organizations
You spot talent and are actively involved in the selection process of new colleagues
With support from HR, you are responsible for the successful onboarding of your new Ordina team members
You have a vision & ideas about Data Engineering and its place within digital & business transformation processes. Together with the management team, you successfully expand and realize these ideas & vision.

**Your technical background: - demonstrated experience in people management fluent in Dutch and good spoken English.

French is an asset, but not essential
