DoelstellingVoornaamste taken
– Naleving van veiligheids- en milieuwetgeving waarborgen.
– Contactpersoon voor EEM, stakeholders en SLA-verantwoordelijken.
– Jaarlijks EHS-actieplan opstellen, uitvoeren en rapporteren.
– EHS-compliance van processen en apparatuur controleren.
– ISO 14001-certificering en standaarden opvolgen.
– Verantwoordelijk voor noodplanning en SEVESO-onderwerpen.
– Contact onderhouden met EDPBW en andere stakeholders.
– Bijdragen aan lange termijn EHS- en ESG-strategieën.
– EHS-managementsystemen verbeteren.
– Interne audits uitvoeren en KPI's opvolgen.
– Fungeren als EHS-contact voor externe partners.
– Coachen en ondersteunen van teams voor EHS-compliance.
– Interne communicatie beheren en organisatietools gebruiken.
– Aanspreekpunt voor productveiligheid en ESG-vragen.
– Naleving van productveiligheidswetgeving (zoals REACH) waarborgen.
– Veiligheidsinformatiebladen (SDS) opstellen en controleren.
– Rapportage en complianceprocessen ondersteunen.
– Teams begeleiden bij veiligheidsacties en opschaling.

Profiel
– Universitair of Bachelor diploma in een wetenschappelijke richting (chemie, fysica, metallurgie).
– Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring als EHS Manager of Preventieadviseur niveau 1.
– Ervaring in een industriële (proces/chemische) omgeving.
– Kennis van ISO- en EHS-gerelateerde kwaliteitsystemen (ISO 9001, ISO
– Inzicht in productgedrag, wetenschappelijke achtergrond is een plus.
– Kennis van SDS-databases, IPDS-database, MSDS-aanvraagtool, ESO-view, PROHARA Qlik Sense, Manual.2 en CLP (labeling) is een plus.
– Ervaring met werken in complexe organisaties en multi-stakeholderomgevingen.
– Ervaring in werken over verschillende culturen heen.
– Bekwaam in communicatie-tools (PowerPoint, Photoshop, Publisher).
– Sterke analytische vaardigheden en in staat om een helikopterview te nemen.
– Uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en in staat om op alle niveaus verbinding te maken.
– Inspirerend leiderschap: coachen, motiveren en leiden door voorbeeld.
– Sterke planning- en organisatievaardigheden.
– In staat om onder druk te presteren in een opschalingscontext en het balans vinden tussen kortetermijn- en strategische behoeften.
