XSYS Prepress (Ypres), a division of XSYS Global to Plate, is a value for the design and manufacture of Computers for the printing industry.

For the packaging industry, XSYS offers digital plate production lines known under the names ThermoFlexX and Catena.


Your challenge:

  • Processing incoming orders, sales agrement, technical information,
  • Preparing and sending pro forma invoices, credit notes/debit notes
  • Creation of offers
  • Followup of payments
  • Order processing in SAP
  • Managing the order desk mailbox / internal & outgoing correspondence

Qualification Profile:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration of similar by experience
  • Communication and easy going
  • Pragmatic, handson mentality
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • You can easily express yourself in English and Dutch, both written and oral. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
