    Responsabilities

    Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Providing the necessary support for the follow-up of Development programs both through our Learning agenda as in our Learning Management System;
  • Collaborating closely with CEVORA regarding our quarterly reporting and other initiatives;
  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors;
  • Developing a project plan and project documentation;
  • Supporting initiatives and transversal projects in the Learning & Development team both locally as internationally.

    • Profile

    Desired skills for learning & development administrator include:

    •Ability to learn technology quickly

    •MS Office, mainly consisting of:
    - Power Point, Excel, Word
    - Outlook
    - MS Teams

    •Languages:
    - French – fluent,
    - English – fluent,
    - Dutch – a basic knowledge is an asset

    •Experience with an LMS, LCMS, TMS or LXP is a plus but not mandatory

    Please be aware that this is an unpaid internship from Q1 2024.
    You must be available for a minimum duration of 4 months.
