Our Test automation group offers a one stop shop for design of automated test benches, system integration production, lab automation and data acquisition systems, with a growing focus in IoT sensor networks.

Our consultancy department offers services in RF, semiconductors and electronics design and test, as well as on the crossing roads of Nanotechnology, Bio-Science Engineering and Biotechnology.


  • Preparation of gels including formulations, infiltration or coating processes and physical characterization._

The assignment

  • Development of formulations for gels and related composites.
  • Preparation of coatings (blade and dip coating).
  • Controlled stabilization/aging and thermal treatment.
  • Physical characterization (conductivity, thermal gravimetric analysis, XRF and advanced microscopy).

Location:
Leuven

  • Experience in the optimization of chemical formulations.
  • Experience in the implementation of clean and reproducible procedures.
  • Experience in the proper use of accurate physical and chemical analysis tools.
  • Highly desirable experience in:
  • Solgel chemistry
  • Air sensitive reagent's handling
  • Formulation and characterization protocols' elaboration
  • High throughput screening
  • Gel characterization

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent contract
