Scope of the function


Ensuring the quality and compliance of the Group's products by leading colleagues and managing processes in order to maintain the long-term competitiveness and profitability of the Group's plants.

Working in accordance with the organisation's values, business plan and vision. Scope of responsibilities on 21 plants across EMEA region.


Missions and responsibilities

Supported by a team of 6 persons:

  • Providing quality analyses in the Group's plants
  • Ensuring compliance with the European and international standardization
  • Sharing best practices within the Group's plants
  • Optimization and improvement of product quality, alignment across the plants
  • Assessment of quality reports and making decision about next steps to improve quality across the plants
  • Managing the Group's certification system, procedures and policies in the field of quality and product compliance
  • Ensuring consistency between customer needs, regulatory requirements and production capacity
  • Overview of product specification and alignment of products across the plants
  • Ensuring optimal communication between all stakeholders
  • Coordination of product transfers between the plants and markets
Function based at Visé - HQ (BE) or Škofja Loka (SL) or St Helens (UK)


Your profile

Experience required:


  • Master in natural sciences (bio engineering, chemical engineering, )
  • 57 year of experience in similar area
  • Experience with quality excellence and product compliance in manufacturing field.
  • Knowledge in the European and international standardization, procedures and policies in the field of quality and product compliance.
  • Full fluency in English, any other language is an asset.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office 365 required).
  • Interest in technical aspects of business, experience in insulation manufacturing would be a plus.
  • Internationally mobile: up to 50%
