Job summary
We are looking for a Head of Support Technical Services who is strategic, people‑focused, and solution‑oriented to join our team based at our UCB campus located in Braine‑l'Alleud, Belgium.Responsibilities
- You will lead and align the strategy of all BelTech Business Support workstreams in line with UCB priorities, risks, and objectives.- You will manage a team of 30–50 people ensuring skills development resource planning retention performance and well-being.
- You will oversee OPEX planning forecasts €3–5M annually and monitor OPEX & CAPEX expenditures.
- You will estimate support investment needs linked to improvement remediation activities.
-You will optimise maintenance efficiency periodic GMP controls spare-parts inventory €20M+ project handovers.
