As a Senior Material Supplier you will provide all store functions including Goods-In, Despatch, Material Movements and Issuing.

What will you do:

Responsibilities include the receiving, checking and unpacking of all incoming deliveries & the goods receiving of aircraft parts into AMOS in line with EASA regulations;
Keeping unserviceable and serviceable parts segregated from each other & ensure stores are arranged in a tidy, orderly and safe manner and maintain security and integrity;
Working to deadlines actioning pickslips for the Issue and return of spares from a bonded store;
Shipping of spares worldwide including dangerous goods and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately. Maintain accuracy of all inventory held in the stores by being active in inventory audits;
Raise orders to return parts to contracted agencies or repair vendors;
Building part preloads for aircraft hangar inputs and attend input meetings to discuss preload shortages;
You will be required to work shifts as detailed & in line with the collective consultation agreement.

What will you bring:

Stores & Shipping experience & ability to work to deadlines & in stressful situations;
Ability to hold an airside driving permit, S1 goodsreceiving stamp, Dangerous Goods by Air certificate & Forklift licence;
Strong IT skills and knowledge of engineering systems.
