Within the framework of its activities, the company is looking for an Industrial Means Manager to supervise and manage the activities in our facilities, mainly in Charleroi and sometimes in Zaventem.


Role:


  • Develop and implement a facility & machine management program including preventive maintenance.
  • Conduct and document facilities inspections/audits.
  • Ensure compliance with energy & waste management.
  • Coordinate facility projects (moves/refurbishment and renovations)
  • Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities, machines, toolings & GSE's.
  • Obtain quotes and tenders from external facility & maintenance providers.
  • Calculate and compare costs for facility projects to maximize costeffectiveness.
  • Manage and coordinate activities of contract suppliers and contractors (maintenance building/cleaning)
  • Plan and monitor appropriate facility/maintenance management staffing levels.
  • Follow up of KPI's: Manage facilities, maintenance and fleet expenses, prepare and track the Industrial Means budget and ensure that the expenses are in line with the approved budget.
  • Assure security of the facilities.
  • Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures.
  • Coach and evaluate the technical team, define the work planning.

Profile:


  • Master degree in Industrial Engineering with affinity for construction or maintenance
  • 35 years of relevant experience in facilities management
  • Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Good level in French, Dutch and English
