Main Responsibilities Manage core HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, employee requests, contracts, payroll coordination, and company car administration Ensure compliance with labor regulations in Belgium , Luxembourg , and Germany , in collaboration with external partners Maintain regular communication with employees , monitor well-being , and support performance reviews , bonus follow-up , training needs , subsidies Coordinate internal initiatives such as corporate events contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes Required Profile Solid experience in human resources preferably within Belgium Luxembourg Germany Good knowledge of labor law at least one these countries multiple-country expertise strong advantage Strong organizational coordination skills proactive solution-driven approach Fluency French professional working proficiency English High standards confidentiality ethics reliability Experience HR tools Odoo IT sector experience asset not mandatory Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries Human Resources Services
