The role of HR Specialist - Salary & Benefits, which is part of the HR Service Center, consists of handling, improving and controlling the following processes:
***- salary increase and granting of off-cycle bonuses
- performance cycle
- deferral bonuses
- holiday pay
- wage garnishments
- management of the cafeteria plan and the relationships with the various providers for the products

  • Mobile & ICT devices
- company cars
- public transport season tickets
- warrants
- management of specific populations

In doing so, we take into account the customer's expectations, regulations and operational feasibility. We also communicate with our employees via the HR Direct Access platform.


Your future job
You are a specialist in the operational team of the Salary & Benefits Service Team.

  • You follow up on the administrative HR questions of our employees on a daily basis via HR Direct Access.
  • You use all technical tools (SAP HR, DB Access, HR Direct Access, Excel,...) made available to carry out all the operational tasks envisaged.
  • You manage your priorities on a daily basis to ensure that the tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • You will work together with your colleagues from the HR Service Center in the execution of their daily tasks.
  • You will work closely with HR Business and with the other specialist teams within HR (Social Regulations, Reward, Pension, etc.).
  • You are responsible for the proper execution and followup of the various inspections within the set deadlines.
  • You inform your team team in case of problems with the execution of processes to ensure that the processes of which your Service Team is 'owner' are maintained and updated.
  • You participate in testing of new processes and adjustments to them and provide the necessary feedback. You watch over the satisfaction of your customers.

  • You have experience as an administrative administrator or in the management of operational processes.

  • You have good analytical skills and an affinity with figures and social and tax legislation.

  • You are a team player and work easily with everyone.
  • You are precise, sensitive to details and control your work.
  • The customer is central to you and you are willing to contact our staff.
  • You are able to contact our staff in French and in Dutch, both verbally and in writing.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent through experience).
  • You are confident working with technical tools (SAP HR, databases of different types, Office Suite, HR Direct Access, etc.).
