Support the organization in achieving full compliance with regulatory Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements by reviewing, updating, and completing Client Due Diligence (CDD) files.
The mission ensures data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with AML/CTF regulatory standards and internal policies. The scope covers both Corporate and Individual Life clients.
The Junior KYC Analyst is responsible for conducting due diligence on existing clients to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. This role involves reviewing customer information and documentation, identifying potential risks, and escalating concerns where necessary.

β’ Perform KYC checks related to periodic and event-driven reviews
β’ Collect, verify, and assess customer identification and beneficial ownership documentation
β’ Conduct risk assessments and determine appropriate risk classification levels
β’ Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk customers (PEPs, sanctions exposure, high-risk industries, high-risk jurisdictions)
β’ Screen customers against sanctions lists, PEP databases, and adverse media
β’ Review screening alerts and assess whether matches require escalation
β’ Identify potential financial crime risks and escalate to Compliance or AML teams
β’ Provide clear rationale and supporting evidence for escalations
β’ Meet KPIs and contribute to the timely execution of periodic recertification

β’ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business, Compliance, or a related field
β’ 1β3 years of experience in KYC, AML, Compliance, or Customer Due Diligence
β’ Strong understanding of AML regulatory requirements
β’ Experience with KYC/AML tools (World-Check, Finscan, Comply Advantage, etc.) is an asset
