Step into a dynamic role enhancing the ServiceNow platform for a prominent organization in Europe.

Play a pivotal role in our SN Competency Centre, ensuring a seamless operation of the ServiceNow platform and the highest standards of ITSM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the integrations of ServiceNow with other corporate systems.
Oversee ServiceNow releases and manage version upgrades.
Test new features, functionalities, and releases.
Engage with users for incidents and requests and monitor the ServiceNow platform.

Are You the Right Fit?

Mandatory Skills:

ITIL foundation certified with handson experience in ITIL processes.
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
ServiceNow Performance Analytics Certification.
Solid experience with ITSM tools.
Strong technical skills in crafting meaningful dashboards, reports, and analytical representations.
Ability to enforce reporting governance and recommend improvements.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge/certifications in ServiceNow products (ITSM, HRSD, ITBM).
Basic Java scripting knowledge for customization.

Language Skills:

Fluency in English or French (both written and oral). Mastery of both is a plus

Working Conditions:

Standard work shifts: Monday to Friday, 8hour daily shifts.
Onsite requirement: 3 days a week in our central Brussels office.
Remote work: Up to 2 days per week.
