Talent Acquisition Intern to help us attract the best talents on the market.

Job Description:

Your mission? ‍**- Assist Tom - our Talent Acquisition Partner in the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding

Assist in the preparation of job descriptions, interview questions, and other recruitmentrelated materials
Attend job fairs, G Cloud networking events, and other recruiting events as needed
Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide suggestions to improve the recruitment process
Be creative and develop new channels of communication and recruitment
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

Qualifications:

Required to have? -

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Fluent in English with a very good knowledge of French or Dutch
Have a strong interest in IT and related new technologies (artificial intelligence, Big Data, Cloud)
Be critical and continually seek to improve your work
Be empathetic and enjoy meeting new people with different cultures every day
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with Google technologies and experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus
