    As a Communication Specialist with IKEA Belgium, you will be the voice of our company. You will use words, pictures and videos to tell the story about IKEA, build our brand and inspire people with our offer.

    • Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Craft compelling messages for leaders and coworkers to effectively communicate key information.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop targeted communication solutions.
