events agency specialized in the organization of
congresses, meetings and national and international events (incentives, team building, trade fairs, etc.).

The company offers its services to national and international companies in the pharmaceutical, IT, service, manufacturing, and automotive sectors, as well as governments and non-profit organizations.

The company employs about 38 people in Brussels and Liege. The agency has established an excellent reputation for its tailor-made service and creative approach of the utmost quality. About the job

Working with your team hand in hand, you will manage the
internal communication strategy and actions, but also, bring spotlight on the agency and their services, by developing an
external communication strategy and a
marketing plan by ensuring
the daily implementation of each action.

Your responsibilities:

(wonderful combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution)

In close collaboration with the Management Team and in accordance with the objectives and priorities established with the rest of the team, you will,:

Develop the agency's internal & external communication strategy in line with marketing objectives;
Promote the agency's marcom vision internally and externally;
Manage the marcom budget, define and track marcom KPIs;
Identify trends, new ideas and opportunities to communicate about our agency and services;
Oversee the conceptualization and creation of external communication and marketing content (videos, interviews, behind the scenes, business cases, social media posts, newsletters, etc.), as well as internal communication (mailings, goodies, material, etc.);
Update the team's material on our Sharepoint (corporate presentations, business cases, etc.)
Brief and coordinate the different internal and external actors (Content creator, graphic designer, video maker, etc.);
Analyze results and opportunities and ensure a continuous improvement process;
Manage your team on a daytoday basis and accompany event teams on site to create your content.

Why do we recruit?
Our client is the merger of two event agencies. So there is a new name, a new team. There is a lot of work in communications and marketing. The person who was doing the role was freelance. The client reviewed the content of the tasks; the budget and decided to create a post.

With whom?
You manage a team of 3 persons. You report to the CEO and the strategic director.

Your profile

You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar position (in the event sector is a plus)
You
write perfectly in English

You have a first experience in team management.
You are
trilingual FR/NL/AN or you write perfectly in English and
have a good knowledge of French or Dutch

You are willing to work 3 days/week in Brussels
You are interested in the world of events.
You can use tools like Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.

Nice to have

Good analytical, data and budget management skills.
Demonstrate creativity, but also strategy. Let's say creative strategy. Or strategic creativity (anyway, you got it.).
Attendance at key events to manage the content creation on events (evenings and weekends).
Flexibility, versatility, and ability to deal with stress and unexpected events.
Meticulousness, attention to detail.
Ability to federate and work in a genuine team spirit.
Good sense of humor and enthusiasm.
