And now, WorkSet is seeking several Level One Desktop Support Technicians to join our growing projects in Belgium.

As a Level One Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients on-site, in Brussels, on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to endusers onsite, based on ticket requests
Smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware, including, but not limited to monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners, routers, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, multiport data termination panels all under 'Smart Hands' capability
Some usage Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts. Ability to perform smart hand activity under instructionbased activities at sites.
Assist with basic network and server issues
Document all support activities in our ticketing system

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in desktop support, preferably in a business environment
Strong knowledge of user account management, including setting up and managing user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory or similar directory services.
Basic knowledge of network protocols and configurations
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with users, IT staff, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide assistance.
Good understanding of security best practices, such as password policies, access controls, and data protection, to ensure that user accounts and company data are protected.
Fluency in
English and Dutch, both spoken and written
Must be willing to work onsite(no remote tasks), 100% of the time, on a dispatch basis and paid on an hourly/Dailly basis
Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) for Windows 10, are preferred but not required.
