For our office in Rome or Home based we are currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer (M/F/d).

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for administering, configuring, and scripting in the ServiceNow tool.

You will be required to develop technical solutions that meet the business needs of several departments/processes seeking to use ServiceNow.

It will be crucial for you to fully analyse and understand the business requirements in order to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows, and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap.


You are responsible to:

  • Design, development, and enhancement to the ServiceNow modules.
  • Configuration of the ServiceNow system including creating workflows.
  • Understanding of Service-Now Logs for troubleshooting adhere Service-Now best practices
  • Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the platform
  • Perform maintenance and performance monitoring, error identification and remediation of ServiceNow Platform.
  • Manage User/Group Access/Access Control Lists.
  • Develop metrics, reports and dashboards that can be used to measure effectiveness and efficiency of processes and systems.
  • Develop systems integrations and process automation.

Your Profile:

  • Work experience in ServiceNow modules
  • CSM, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Service Catalog;
  • Good knowledge of web developement tools HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Angular;
  • Good knowledge of SOAP protocol;
  • Good knowledge of REST methodology;
  • Experience with Database SQL;
  • Fluent English, spoken and written is essential. Knowledge of German, French or Italian is an asset.

Desired Certifications:

  • ServiceNow System Administrator certification
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
  • ITIL V3 or higher

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Ability to communicate technical aspects to nontechnical shareholders;
  • Ability to manage workload and time according to the tasks and deadlines set;
  • Demonstrated problem solving, attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
