What you can expect:

The Application & Integration Servicesdepartment within the WWK Group's IT division is responsible fordefining, setting up and further developing our applicationlandscape. We combine standard software from leading manufacturerswith the development of our own solutions. We are looking for acommitted and creative new manager to join our department on along-term basis.

Your tasks:

• You will lead our Sales & Portals team of14 employees in a disciplinary and technical capacity
• You are responsible for the development and operation ofour platforms, portals and quotation applications to support oursales department and for our software development process
• You align the development of your employeesand the tasks of your group with the IT strategy in a technicallyand economically future-oriented manner
• Yousupport and develop your employees in a targeted manner with regardto future IT requirements, cost-conscious action and theirtechnical, methodological and social skills
• You will be involved in planning, determining and selectingpersonnel requirements, assessing performance and determiningsalaries
• You work closely and constructivelywith management colleagues in the IT groups and departments
• You communicate closely with thoseresponsible in the specialist departments, IT and external partners
• You develop proposals to improve efficiency,productivity, flexibility and methodology

Your competencies:

• Youhave successfully completed your studies in computer science orcomparable training in the IT environment and have many years ofprofessional experience, ideally in the design of sales or portalsolutions
• You have experience and enjoyleading a motivated team with specialized employees and havealready successfully proven this in your previous career
• Due to your high level of self-motivation aswell as your assertiveness and strong communication skills, you actas a role model and achieve the best results with your team
• You are characterized by team spirit as wellas solution-oriented, independent and structured work combined witha "we-can-do mentality"
• You know how to usefeedback and criticism constructively and profitably incollaboration
• You act as a consultant anduse your communication skills in our organizational structure in atarget-oriented manner, with your previously acquired know-how youactively shape our IT landscape and our performance culture
• Resilience, reliability and creativity roundoff your profile
